SPIRAL-HELIX machinery requires only minimal maintenance such as periodic lubrication.  This information is provided in our operationr manual as well as during on-site training of your operators.

How easy is the machinery to operate?

SPIRAL-HELIX machines are designed for simple trouble-free operation.  In most cases, your operator(s) can master set up and operation in less than one workday.

Can the machinery be transported to the job site?

Yes, SPIRAL-HELIX machines have been designed to be portable and can be transported to the job site and operated with a generator.

What is the SPIRAL-HELIX warranty?

Can SPIRAL-HELIX provide customer references?

Yes, we can provide a list of customers who are using our equipment in any part of the world.

How long has SPIRAL-HELIX been in operation?

We have been in operation for more than 35 years.

Do I have to buy SPIRAL-HELIX machinery through a dealer?

All machine sales are direct in North America.  If your business is outside of North America, we will put you in touch with our local representative.

When can I see a machine in operation?

We can demonstrate each machine in our showroom.  We are located only 20 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare International Airport and we will be happy to arrange for pick up at the airport or any travel arrangements you may require.

Will the forming heads from my old SPIRAL-HELIX equipment work on new model tubeformers?

Yes, they are interchangeable.

Will SPIRAL-HELIX consider trade-ins?
