SPIRAL-HELIX has a wide variety of longitudinal welding machines to choose from. Each Stitchwelder requires just a 1/4" (6 mm) overlap and produces beautiful seams by using recyclable copper wire electrodes that will not burn galvanized steel.

Our Stitchwelders, you will save time, money, and energy. For your convenience, SPIRAL-HELIX offers three different models: Stitchwelder Lite and Magnum Plus.

Stitchwelder Lite

For longitudinal welded seams up to 36" (900 mm) in diameter and 22 gauge (.8 mm) sheet thickness, choose the Stitchwelder Lite.

Stitchwelder 320

The Stitchwelder 320 produces a top quality welded seam which does not alter the quality of the welded material. No more burnt galvanizing which means less finishing work. No additional sealing paint will be required. The welded seam is consistently accurate from the beginning to the end.

Magnum Plus

For longitudinal welded seams up to 40" (1000 mm) in diameter and 18 gauge (1.25 mm) sheet thickness, choose the Magnum Plus.
